Dr Jon is an amazing chiropractor!! I have had neck pain for more then 15 years and almost gave up. The pain spread to my left arm and shoulder pain I was u able to lift even light weights Within 2 to 3 weeks of visits with Jon for adjustments the pain disappearwd and I have now been able to successfully start strenght training and body building.
