Mark's session was one of the most powerful sessions I’ve ever had. And I’ve had lots of great bodywork sessions in my life— truly astonishing work. I’ve known Mark for a couple of years from the Anatomy of Emotion course in my YTT. The course has found me in the right moment when I lost my father. Truly a one of a kind experience. If you are looking for surface level bodywork or a gentle massage, this is NOT your guy and you should probably stay away. However, if you are looking to get to the root of your pain/deeper experiences and unearth stagnant energy/feelings/emotions then Mark’s technique is exceptional. Mark is an incredibly gifted, knowledgeable, and caring healer. His work is not for the faint of heart, but it is powerfully effective. Through working with him, I have been able to access deeper insights and fundamentally shift. This has not been a singular experience; many folks that I have referred to Mark have also found his work to be truly profound and healing.
