I called this office looking for therapy for my 7 year old son. Even though they were not able to accept someone his age Benjamin still went above and beyond to help us. He took time to look into other options and helped us find the perfect therapist for my son and his behavioral needs. He did this even though it was not through their company. Whoever this associates working under should be concerned about their license as she did not do a proper risk assessment for a suicidal client who had ideation, a plan, and the means. Shame on you. Overall, she was very unprofessional! Who wears slippers to work? Was it pajama day or is this just lack of caring? I will never refer anyone to this place. I sat there in shock as she asked no questions and smiled like we were there for a fun visit?
I was hopeless for several months and didn't think I had anywhere to go for help but after going to beyond behavioral health my life is soo much better. Angela is a very good counselor and the staff is always helpful with anything you need. I highly recommend beyond behavioral health for a first option!

Wow so I'm not the only one that doesn't like this place .. I strongly encourage people to contact the better buisness bureau,, I did.. this place really affected my mental health along with my daughter this caused me to have even more trust issues and mental health issues then I had before.. thank you beyond behavioral health
