Racist front desk manager absolutely no customer service skills!
DO NOT GO HERE!! I had scheduled an appointment for Sunday August 30th but I needed to cancel. I called the office of 8/26/20 and the office was closed. I left a voice message to cancel along with my name and phone number. On Sunday I received 3 emails stating I was charged my $9 deposit plus a $16 charge for not cancelling within 24 hours. I called that day and informed them of my voice message. Bad Service....Rip off
I have been getting my lashes done at this place for about a year. I had an appointment today at 2:00 when I showed up the receptionist told me that if was at one. She then to me that they texted me and got no confirmation. I have a new number and they can afford to get technology that would let them know that. It was the error of that dingbat receptionist and I have seen her do it many times. My time is just as valuable as theirs and if they charge so much they should get better help and better technology. I wish there were an option to give ZERO stars!! This company has a terrible product, and even worse customer service! They made a mistake on my lashes, and admitted it, yet will not correct their mistake nor refund me. You are better off throwing your money in the street and having a child apply eyelash extensions than to visit this business.
Stupid place I hated it too. They took my money twice.
