Unfortunately, I have to leave this review due to the behavior of one of your staff members, Renee Pratt. Instead of addressing a concern directly and professionally, she chose to call the police over a noise complaint about our doggy daycare and boarding facility located next door. She also made a call to one of our other locations, during which she was extremely rude and even stated she planned to park near our building and repeatedly set off her car alarm to agitate the dogs. The lady was Rude when answering the phone. It appears I found myself calling the incorrect Salon though it has the same name as the Salon I intended to reach. I was informed, and glad to know this establishment has been in service for over 20 years. Alrightly then. 🤷♀️ I wished her a good day and she just hung up.
