After doing a lot of research on stall bars/wall ladders for our Schroth exercises inhome use, I was grateful to find Beyond Balance. Great piece of equipment! The entire apparatus is well made and installs easily thanks to the videos they have on YouTube. We had these in my elementary school in the 70's and I never knew how dynamic they are for full body workouts. The pull-up/dip bar is epic and works perfectly in a room with an 8 ft. ceiling. They level up your workout room instantly and they take up literally zero space as they are unobtrusively mounted on the wall.
I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm inexperienced with mounting anything onto studs, but managed it alright. Wish I had followed the suggestion of using the wood glue, but it is still fantastic without that. Assembly was quite easy. Once assembled and mounted, it feels sturdy and works great for stretches and bodyweight exercises. I was looking for a well made, wall stall made of sustainable products and NOT made in China. After months of researching I stumbled on the Beyond Balance website.
