I was a patient of Dr. Hatala for many years when he transferred to this company. When I went to make an appointment with him at this new place, I found out he had retired but all his files were still there in the keeping of the other doctors. So I made an appointment with Dr. Than. When I went in for my appointment, there was really no wait at all which was amazing! Just a couple minutes for them to sort the paperwork and take me back to a room. The ladies that were on duty up front were fantastic. This is a very friendly p... read more
Absolutely WONDERFUL! Their staff is amazing & knowledgeable on everything! They know how much your frames/comtacts will come out to with your insurance! They even helped me pick out a frame! Today I worked with Dr. Olsen & Jessica, I wouldn’t recommend anybody else! These people truly are the definition of professional & knowledge in their work-field. They just earned themselves a lifetime client! 100% & definitely will be recommending this place, as well as Dr. Olsen & Jessica! Thank you guys for your wonderful service!!
Dr T and his entire staff are simply amazing. When our current eye doctor decided to retire, we were bummed because we really loved her! We searched around and found Beyond 2020 and can finally say we have found our new optometrist! Everyone there is super friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and BEYOND (see what I did there?)!! 😂 They take their time to listen and really go the extra mile to help out! We highly recommend this practice, you won't be disappointed! If I had one wish, it's that they would carry our favorite ... read more
Every single time I get my yearly check up I am so pleased and beyond over-joyed! Dr. Than listens to my concerns and never pushes an increase in my prescription unless comfortable with it and it doesn’t give me a headache or nauseous feeling. She is beyond awesome!! I’m so glad I found her at Costco and I followed her to her Odessa location!!! I highly recommend her !!!!
Very easy to schedule an appointment online. I have been seen as an emergency at this office in the past and always had a great experience with zero wait time and very attentive care. This time was no different. Dr.Austin took his time to explain me my Rx and what would benefit me at this stage. I graduated to glasses 🤓 definitely recommend!
