Terrible service. We paid half up front. They never completed the survey we contracted with them, they never communicated with us (they say they sent the communications to the wrong addresses - both ground mail and email!). Every time we try to follow up they have new staff who don't seem to know anything that happened before and they keep billing us for the remainder of the work that they didn't do.
