I used them for surveying my new property two years ago. Very expensive and then the workers complained about having to walk around the land. I thought that’s part of their job? Anyway, I am considering subdividing and they have no interest in surveying again unless you spend more money with them on additional services. No thanks, I’ll spend money elsewhere.
Read the reviews, because they are accurate (except the several 5 star reviews all given by a “Beyler” family member). This company is a nightmare to do business with. They will over charge you and underperform at every turn. Stay clear!
This company operates on a project-based model. They tend to hire additional employees during periods of high workload, but once projects are completed, they do not retain staff on a long-term basis.
I would not hire Beyler Consulting under any circumstance for anything. They are miserable and will make you miserable by making your project miserable. Just like others said, they are quick to charge and then you have to bring others in to correct the work Beyler did wrong. Beyler will blame you for their subpar work and make you feel as if YOU are the problem, when in fact, it is their subpar performance that is the issue.
