Worst experience ever, my wife booked a $145 room from Booking on 17.10.2018 saying that the checkin time is before 10pm, we drove 4 hours from Sydney and arrived there at 8:40pm, only to found out that nobody answer the phone or door. We began to contact Booking and the owner came up and told us she’s asleep, refuse to open the door, I said we want our money back and you need to notify Booking, she said she won’t check her computer now and back to sleep.
