Edit: the team at Beyer Volvo worked to make our experience right after we complained, and made our next visit hassle free Changed to 4/5 instead of 2/5. Beware trying to schedule your service through the app. Scheduled a couple of different services through the app and requested a loaner vehicle. Front desk staff can see we requested a loaner vehicle, but our service provider stated it showed us as a drop off in his system and there was no specific service selected.
