They are better than Sheehy Subaru Service which acted like there was no problem & then kept my new vehicle for weeks because the GPS wouldnt work. But I experienced problems with 1 particular tire & got new tires from Beyer & then when brought car in for servicing mentioned tire low psi issue again. Got text that car checked out fine & brought up tire again & told then that nail was found. Yikes.
I’ve been having constantly issues with parts malfunctioning after service appointments, once again a few days after my last service appointment a part fell off while driving in a highway again. When expressing concerns about my safety that the next time I might not be lucky, the agent that was assigned to me, Richard, said we can’t prove that it was our fault. So we don’t have to pay it. Purchased my new crosstrek from Melquis and love it. Appreciate the efficiency of the process. Car buying process is generally stressful. This was the exception. In and out with trade ins in about 2.5 hours.
