I brought in my Baja 03 for some work. They sent me videos and all the documentation after a great inspection. I felt very good with everything they gave me feedback on and I ultimately decided to do most of the work myself, besides a couple things I didn’t have the equipment for. Everyone was nice and professional. The facility is great.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The service is fast and efficient. We appreciate the video walk through with an explanation so we can make an informed decision on unexpected services. We moved away from Alexandria and will still drive to this location despite another Subaru dealership being 5 minutes from our new home. Beyer’s customer service is unmatched!
