I wanted to express my most sincere appreciation to Beyer Subaru, Franco De Oliveira and Pete Bader for their dedicated and supportive work during our trade. Franco has the friendliest and most supportive attitude that is demonstrated form second one of the enquiry process. Zero push, zero gimmicks or tricks. I am giving high marks for this dealership for their dedicated work.
After they did an expensive service job on my Outback I noticed the hydraulic arms on my hood were broken, they had severally bent my front license plate, and my battery died a week later (I had replaced it the month before the service). Customer service was very disinterested in everything I had to say and really didn’t seem to have any desire to help. Would NOT recommend going to this dealership. I had a great experience with Pete Baden. He and the team at Beyer Subaru went above and beyond to get me a great price on a new Forester. I highly recommend Pete and Beyer, you won’t be disappointed!
-Bought a used Subaru forester here, overall the customer service is abysmal. This being my first time buying a car I tried to negotiate the price and bring the car to a more reasonable cost. The dealer would not budge or give any extra incentives, they supposedly cleaned the car for the purchase but found to be still dirty when we drove off the Lot. They were 30% over the price of another Subaru dealer also in the region, double check you bill to make sure they didn't add extra items, and they will upcharge you 7% for "shop supplies" (I'm positive they didn't use $74 of shop supplies for a fuel pump install). Also, use a debit card, as they add on 3% for a credit card payment? (I'm sure the management will respond to this review saying how they would like to help... But they were involved at the time of checkout and didn't help).
