RecommendedWe love Dr. H! My rescue pup Kaci has had a rough time with anxiety and vet visits. Other vets we’ve seen have made me feel terrible about her vet behavior but Dr. H has put me at ease and does whatever it takes to make sure Kaci gets what she needs done, even if that means extra phone calls planning for upcoming visits, or taking a little extra time to let Kaci relax before moving forward with procedures. Dr. Martin is fantastic!! She answered all of my many questions and dealt with my less than cooperative dog without breaking a sweat. I will definitely be coming back!
The best service and care! Friendly staff always understand what is best for our doggie. He loves it there!
Dr. Carr has been my dog's vet since he was a puppy, and the whole staff is knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. I'll never go anywhere else!

The kind and competent doctors and staff at Westwood Animal Hospital have been taking care of my cats for 25 years. Through health, sickness and final passing, Dr. Hunthausen, Dr. Breyer and the wonderful staff, starting with Emily at the front desk, treat us like family. We are grateful for their dedication to our furry friends, and to the comfort they provide us.
We took our first dog to a vet in town who was nice and had a fancier practice, but we didn't feel like we received individual care. When we got our second dog, we decided to try Westwood Animal Hospital, as we had read great reviews. We've been so pleased with Drs. Carr and Hunthausen. They are quick to listen, great at educating on various subjects, and make us feel like our dog is just as special to them as they are to us!
