Tried to get a Bid for a project over 2 weeks out and followed up multiple times thought the time and people kept saying they would get back to me. On the day the bid is due 15 mins before the deadline they say they are not interested anymore. That is the most outrageous thing Ive heard. I would highly not recommend this company to anyone who values there time and sanity.
Update: Since having a large update in our HVAC, I have tried to email Beyer many times about a service plan. It's been months, nothing. Scott Marshall, the department manager can't even send back a courtesy email. The service plan proposed was also astronomically high compared to our previous plan we were mysteriously taken off when Beyer was sending out a bunch of emails to previous clients about personnel changes and problems at Beyer.... Drivers are reckless and aggressive he cut me off nearly hitting me twice. Perhaps this is the same one that another reviewer saw texting. Your business doesn't look good if you have someone driving so carelessly.
