Had a great experience! Every stage of the process was straight forward and easy
The whole process was super easy. Found a car online, submitted credit app, arrived and test drove. We walked out with a car less than 2 hours later. I have been searching for a reliable car for my college aged daughter after buying her a dud last year. I have spent hours at multiple dealerships looking at cars that had over 100k miles, were missing the one non negotiable feature I was asking for (apple car play for 100% hands free), out of our price range, or all of the above. They sold me a car they didn’t receive the title for yet. But since this person is a friend and seems to be busy they did nothing until 3 months later of having the car I was able to finally receive my plates. But after constantly having to let them know it’s unacceptable and entire too long. I specifically told them NOT to mail the plates but they still did. Save yourself the hassle honestly.
Moved here from Florida a few years ago this is the first time I've been able to take the car to a Kia dealership, not feel like I'm getting ripped off constantly and not get a million sales calls. Awesome service department, Oliver is great to work with
