EDIT 2: I wanted to edit my second review to 5 stars, after the overall end result of the scenario stated below. Previously I had 2 reviews, including this one, with 1 star on each. I was able to get the District Service Managers attention because of the second review. The reason for my 5 star review is because Kia went above and beyond by covering the entire cost of a new engine, including parts and labor. We had a very good experience with Kamiran and David. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommend working with them.
This is the best Kia service center that I've been to in Virginia and Maryland. They work fast and do a car wash with event visit. All the staff is so professional and Bryan is great!!

My experience purchasing a new hybrid Telluride was positive. The sales rep, Z, was easy to work with and made the whole process quick and easy. I do not yet have any experience with the service department, only sales, but I will update this review after a few servicings. For sales, I would recommend visiting Beyer Kia, and working with Z.
