I called Beyer Kia with genuine interest in purchasing a car, but the experience was very disappointing. When I asked about their warranty, the representative responded with an unprofessional and rude attitude. Instead of answering my questions, she implied I was joking and even told me to “kick rocks.” This isn’t the kind of treatment you expect when you’re serious about making a purchase.
