Used Nielsen at Morristown since the location in East Hanover could not support me. I walked into Morristown, and Jennifer welcomed us and listened to my inquiry. I got an accurate quote right away. It took about an hour, and we were on our way; a new battery was installed. Paid about half of what they estimated at East Hanover, where they did not even care to look it up to get me an accurate quote and then would have to set up an appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance!
Absolutely no complaints, very transparent, treated as a valued customer salesman Chris was informative and helpful . I aprecaited that the finance " GUY" didnot try to make me feel like an idiot or pressure me which actually makes more open to possibilities of purchasing a maintenance plan . That was refreshing and I thought very professional on his part .
We just bought a used vehicle and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone we dealt with was really nice, low pressure, from Rolando and Juan (John), to Chris in finance, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. When it's time to buy another car, we will definitely be back.
Rick and Rollando provide the best service. If you're in the market for a Jeep, ask for them - top-notch service!
