No Stars.... I had a very disappointing experience with Beyer Chrysler. I went in to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee and saw one my wife and I were interested in. Long story short.... it was late on Saturday afternoon 9/7/13 and the salesman Mike P asked us for a down payment to hold the car until Monday. I questioned why that was so important and he told me that vehicles are sold very quickly and he could not guarantee it would be here if we came back.
