We were so impressed with Bext Miami branch! I was skeptical because I had only rented from major rental companies in the past and this was a new experience. But they guaranteed a jeep that we could put down the top where other rental companies would not guarantee that. Upon landing we received a text with pictures of the exact location of the jeep in the parking garage and had no issues locating it...it was nice not to have to waste time standing in line at a rental car company! We had a fabulous time with the Jeep Rubicon one touch we chose from Bext. It was excellent condition, clean, and the start to finish process was easy and convenient. Sebastian was responsive with communication and picking up and dropping off the Jeep was very convenient. Will definitely use this company in the future. Highly recommend if you’re in the Miami area. Fun times!

Phenomenal service. I've never met a company like this. Too much to go into detail but what i can say is, I'll never rent from another place ever. If there was 10 stars to give i would.

Rented a Willy's Jeep out of Miami for a week trip down to The Keys and back. Sebastian picked us up right at the baggage Claim area at the Miami airport right on time. Vehicle was great! Top down in South Florida was fantastic! Sebastian then met us at the Miami airport a week later...right on time to pick up the vehicle at our departure door! Door to door service was wonderful. No waiting at rental car lines! Vehicle was top notch!

Rented a Rubicon while my Jeep was in the shop and it was great. The Jeep was nice, clean, and well equipped. The service was excellent and the owner was very helpful. I will definitely be renting from them again.
