Terrible customer service, I called referencing a package that i was unable to pick up due to it being stuck in the amazon hub on site. I was told that they are to busy and would not be able to retrieve my package until the next day. I then proceeded to ask what time tomorrow and they would not give me a time of when they would be able to do this for me. January 2018 my upstairs neighbor washed diarrhea from a sick dog onto my balcony, which also got on my patio furniture. April 2018 he dropped an allen wrench and washers onto my balcony. June 2018 he has dropped his toenail clippings onto my balcony. Management pressure washed the balcony but not the banisters. I complained to them about the allen wrench and washers.
