RecommendedI’ve lived here for a year and a half. The staff is very kind and friendly. Mark from the maintenance staff is very prompt with repair requests. I’ve never waited more than 2-3 hours for him to respond to a maintenance request. Great price for the location. The property manager Andrea has been very attentive and has a bias for action in regards to improving the living experience here.
Pool is still unopened and it is almost July. It was a real selling point for us when we signed the lease and no one mentioned that it needed real structural work. When I tried to go swimming yesterday the pool looked finished, but the property manager employees came out, yelled at me like I was dumb thinking the pool might be open finally this late into the season, and told me it would be ready tomorrow. It is tomorrow and it is still unopened... very disappointed in this fact and others as well.
