The office managers change frequently and nobody knows what is going on. They don't want to hear any complaints. When you do complain they will read their policy to you and not care what is happening in reality.
We have a great building, good neighbors, two great pools, and a state of the art gym. The office staff is very accomodating. We have everything we need within a 1/2 mile distance. I have never seen a empty grocery cart anywhere in the complex, especially with two major shopping chains within two blocks of the apartments. If I dud see one I would just walk it back to the store.
