I been with bexley plaza for almost 9 years and love it. The 1 bedroom apt has huge rooms. Zack at the office is the best. Super knowledgeable friendly and fun. The location might not be the best to some but I haven't had any problems here. No criminal activities to my knowledge a d it is super quite and clean. The new cleaning crew is awesome. they really clean the bld. And the glass. I see myself staying here to the very end. Maintenance orders are completed in a timely manner. So why leave if you love it ?
Bexley plaza wants 2022 rent prices , with 1945 apartments ,across the field to the actual ghetto, no central air in the 1 br, no dishwasher, shared basement.. no modern updates,. Ive stayed here because it is quiet and for the most part they keep things pretty neat and clean.
Just moved here. I been here for a month now love it its affordable nice area. Maintenance man Jerome is the best. Zack leasing agent was very hopeful during my move in process!!
