Awful management moved out and hit me with a ridiculous fee after moving out. They booted my car twice maintenance walked in on my girlfriend in the shower with no announcement. When it was time to renew the lease they prolonged it so that I was on month to month because they never sent me my renewal gate never worked peace of mind and privacy is a joke steer far away
DO NOT EVEN APPLY HERE. They will charge you an additional $150 admin fee even if you never sign a lease. They never showed up for my scheduled viewing and then I was denied so I moved on. Then they re submitted my application without my permission and are asking for an additional $150 admin fee. DO NOT APPLY DO NOT COME ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THIS PLACE.
We've been living here for a year and just renewed our lease. Every issue we've had, they've tried their best to correct. I was recently extremely upset over something that TheGuarantor company did. I was able to speak with Lisa, she calmed me down and fixed the problem. She also apologized for any inconvenience and ensured that we're not having any issues within our unit. If I could give zero stars I would. Wife and I moved in during COVID and were shown an apartment that WAS NOT the one we were given. Upon arrival the place wreaked of smoke, carpet was dirty and just disgusting. After speaking with the "manager" it was sorted out, but the one we chose and we're supposed to have increased rent $550/month for the apt we agreed to but WAS NOT the one we viewed. Im a future tenant. My move in date is Aug 15th. I have left multiple voice mails about my welcome letter/lease signing and can't get a response. The one time I got office staff I was told Zharia would send my email (2 waks ago) still no response. I was excited, now not so much. Moving states with no contact is not a great start.
