I’ve lived here for about a year now. Initially, my experience was largely positive. I had minor issues in my unit and the maintenance team was always responsive. The apartment was nice, my neighbors are nice, and rent was largely affordable. And even though I’ve had my car booted twice ,despite being a resident, I enjoyed staying here. This review is solely for Zharia. I haven’t moved to the community yet and she’s been amazing throughout this frustrating process. So I would like to give a shout out for the wonderful office staff that I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with.
Giving five stars specifically towards customer service. Leesa and Zharia get special shout out and thank yous from me for being so helpful while figuring out lingering issues that started with previous management before they even got to the complex. They are building a rockstar team and I have seen them steadily improving as the months pass by.
Emile really holds it down. I feel like this community needs people that help you feel heard, safe, and are reasonable human beings. Glad he’s here.
