If I could give zero stars I would. Wife and I moved in during COVID and were shown an apartment that WAS NOT the one we were given. Upon arrival the place wreaked of smoke, carpet was dirty and just disgusting. After speaking with the "manager" it was sorted out, but the one we chose and we're supposed to have increased rent $550/month for the apt we agreed to but WAS NOT the one we viewed. Im a future tenant. My move in date is Aug 15th. I have left multiple voice mails about my welcome letter/lease signing and can't get a response. The one time I got office staff I was told Zharia would send my email (2 waks ago) still no response. I was excited, now not so much. Moving states with no contact is not a great start.
I recently relocated to charlotte from another state and wasn’t going to be able to tour any apartments before I moved. the first thing I appreciated is that you can find walk throughs of most of the units on youtube. just search The Bryce apartments. that single-handedly set them apart for me. also, I called many times with many questions before I even applied. it’s no surprise these application fees are expensive, and I wanted to have as much knowledge as possible before applying. anytime I spoke to someone they were super... read more
If you are thinking about moving here, DONT. This apartment complex lacks very basic communication. I think you would get more words talking to a brick wall then this place. It has been nothing but trouble since I moved in and they taken accountability for nothing. Pick somewhere else to live. This place is not worth a star.
The Bryce is a wonderful community, and I’m so proud to be a part of it! All of my friends and family mention how nice my apartment is and how beautiful the grounds are, which is absolutely true. Highly recommend!!
