I am extremely disappointed in your level of service. My father, who is 80 years old, has been calling you ALL DAY, including your emergency maintenance number. YOU ARE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. The BATHROOM from the apartment above his is now in HIS apartment. This is unacceptable. I will be calling the major news outlets here in Columbus, OH. I do not recommend recommend no because I have had more than my Walmart has went to the hospital twice and they will not come and fix it so I do not recommend staying coming to stay out here
Do not move here. The place is poorly maintained inside and out. There is trash and old furniture around the building. Inside it is falling apart. Upon moving, I had no door knob, no cabinets, and there were tools left around my unit from where maintenance had been working - this is on move in day! Unprofessional! I had to request a new bathtub because mine leaked into the downstairs unit.y blinds are falling apart and management refuses to give me replacements.
