RecommendedGreat community, well kept, and lots of activity. I don't mind driving to St. Pete for work every day knowing my home is in Bexley, as it is a great sliver of paradise in our region. It offers more amenities for families than most, easy access to the Veteran's Expressway, and love the abundance of wide sidewalks and nature trails throughout. Good people here too, always saying hello on the sidewalks and hanging out in one of the many parks in the community.
Amazing community with beautiful amenities and many nature trails that we often enjoy! This community is the friendliest, outgoing and the truest community feel (Neighbors are all like family) that I have ever experienced. We LOVE it here so much and highly recommend it to everyone we know. There are multiple families that have loved it so much that they now have more family members living here! That says A LOT just how special Bexley truly is! 5 stars...Best community that we have lived in! 🥰

I was lied to when I handed my deposit over. My wife and I were told by Kim Coit that if I could not sell my home I would receive my deposit back. I could not sell my home, they are keeping my deposit. They wouldn't extend the closing date at all to even give me more time to.. This is so wrong, we feel deliberately lied to.
I love this community! Every fall we have free concerts all month. All you have to do is bring some non perishable foods or make a donation to feed the hungry in Tampa Bay! This place rocks! #bexleylife
No stars. Not anymore. Any potential buyers please beware. I would encourage you to, not only drive, but walk throughout the community of Bexley and look with your own eyes. Pay attention to detail to all areas. Notice the conditions and upkeep of these areas. Also, make sure you get the most up to date CDD fees sheet. They’re have been going up yearly. It’s not cheap. Follow through on what you say you are going to do. Fix things when they break, hire a new landscaping crew, etc. This is a brand new community and it already looks like it's falling apart. Plants are dead, grass is overgrown, construction workers drive though the grass, weeds everywhere, street signs are crooked. I could go on and on...
