I originally gave Bexley a 5-star review about a year ago, and I still stand by it. I lived here for almost two years and honestly would have stayed longer if I hadn’t needed to relocate for work. The community is calm, peaceful, and has a very comfortable “home-like” feeling — not overly fancy, but well maintained and pleasant to live in. I've lived here for years now, as I truly love it here. Bexley at Preston is: Safe. Quiet. Nicely kept. The staff are kind and courteous, and caring; as they know this is very much home for their tenants. The maintenance team is prompt, polite, respectful and just awesome with any request. A lovely place to live and call home! Thank you Bexley at Preston team!
I hardly ever write reviews but feel like I must if for no other reason than to warn anyone considering moving here. As some other reviewers have commented they act very nice and accommodating until you try and move out, and then they'll try and screw you to the best of their abilities. There were always of course massive red flags when dealing with them throughout the duration of my residency there.
