It's hard to run an apartment community, as you never know what the tenants are really like until they are there. Bexley at Preston always keeps the community pretty, peaceful and a great place to live. The maintenance team answers requests expediently and effectively. Been a resident for six years and now transferred into a different for the changing needs of my family. The process was seamless and the new apartment is perfect! The office staff has been kind, attentive and fair. They have always taken their time to talk me through any challenges that have arisen until we reach a solution. Maintenance staff are patient, kind and helpful. The neighborhood is safe, convenient for shopping and has great schools. Scenery is lovely. So glad I chose to stay!
