Honestly, save yourself the headache and don't move here. The roach problem is absolutely disgusting. I started seeing them in my kitchen and bathroom almost immediately after moving in, and it's just gotten worse. I keep my place completely spotless, but it doesn't even matter because they're coming out of the vents and cabinets. It is so stressful and gross living like this, and management obviously doesn't care. Seriously, look somewhere else, this place is not worth it.
Rented an apartment and within a week I saw roaches. I let the manager know and she refused to do anything about it.
They have always been very kind and do a highly professional job with property management. The maintenance team is also very fast and efficient. Congratulations to the entire team for creating such a pleasant place to live—one that is always kept in excellent condition.
Bexley at Preston deserves more than five stars ! We just moved in and we are really impressed. Our apartment was SPOTLESS upon arrival ! The layout is great and very modern! The amenities are also amazing ! The pool is beautifully kept , the gym has everything you need , the business center is very convenient and the summer house is absolutely perfect for a quick meal or for relaxing by the fireplace.
