I never take the Time to write Reviews, But the Bexley at Preston Apartments deserves this Review!! I have lived here almost a year now, what can I say? It is a wonderful Community! It is Quiet, Safe, very Family friendly, The staff is always kind and courteous, The Maintenance staff?.. Wow!! They are just so Awesome! I do not live in these apartments, but I play the golf course behind these apartments. For years my golfing group never had any problems with anyone that lived in these apartments, but this year we've had problems with whoever lives on the top floor of the second to last building on the green. This person leaves their dogs out on the porch all day and those dogs bark every time we play through. Not the dogs fault, but the person living there should be more respectful. It's hard to run an apartment community, as you never know what the tenants are really like until they are there. Bexley at Preston always keeps the community pretty, peaceful and a great place to live. The maintenance team answers requests expediently and effectively. They are kind and polite eager to fix the problem you are having & ensuring all is taken care of. The property manager and office team like to engage the community with fun activities for all ages. Been a resident for six years and now transferred into a different for the changing needs of my family. The process was seamless and the new apartment is perfect! The office staff has been kind, attentive and fair. They have always taken their time to talk me through any challenges that have arisen until we reach a solution. Maintenance staff are patient, kind and helpful. The neighborhood is safe, convenient for shopping and has great schools. Scenery is lovely. So glad I chose to stay!
