I lived here for 8 years, I was a great tenant, without causing issues until the new manager Nancy took over and became increasingly hostile in my final few years here. Nancy was extremely unprofessional and increasingly retaliatory throughout my dealing with her, to the point that we moved out due to Legal Aid advisement. HUD complaint filed, incestigation pending. Very great place to live. Quiet, safe and comfortable
Honestly, save yourself the headache and don't move here. The roach problem is absolutely disgusting. I started seeing them in my kitchen and bathroom almost immediately after moving in, and it's just gotten worse. I keep my place completely spotless, but it doesn't even matter because they're coming out of the vents and cabinets. It is so stressful and gross living like this, and management obviously doesn't care. Seriously, look somewhere else, this place is not worth it.
