I was so excited about my first appointment at Bex with Amber. However she texted me a little before 9pm the day before the appointment to reschedule with no apology or explanation. I’m leaving town and couldn’t so she ended up canceling on me. Again with no apology or explanation. Really bummed as the salon makes you pay them $75 if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment but she canceled on me with less than 24 hours notice and couldn’t even be apologetic about it? I've loved my experience every time I've gone to Bex & co! Ellie is my go to girl and has been doing my balayage for the last 5 years and I come see her every 6 months. There's no one I trust more with my color than her. She's very knowledgeable and down to earth. The two hours I spend in her chair are always relaxing and fun. Can't wait for my next appointment!
