Bexar Management was and continues to be the most flexible and accommodating property management company I have had. I was under a tight schedule to find somewhere to live and was only in town for one day to view properties. Maria and Gwyn moved their schedules around to show me 3 different rental units and a few days later, I was signing a lease! After only ever living in apartments with large property managements, renting with Bexar Management has been a breath of fresh air. Though I have only been here for a few months so far, I've already experienced such great service and communication (not something you get easy from the big guys). 10/10 :))
I like this establishment because; everything is very accesible and very relaxed, I’ve been living here for 6 years and I’m very happy with how I’ve been treated here.... in regards to the maintenance of the apartments, everything is very well and management always pays attention to your needs. Me gusta este lugar porque; todo se tiene muy cercas, es muy tranquilo y muy agradable tengo 6 años viviendo aquí y estoy contenta... sobre el mantenimiento del apartamento todo es muy bueno y ponen atención a tus necesidades..
My family and I resided in one of their properties for about a year and a half while we decided where we wanted to build a house. The process to build ended up taking 10 months and the Bexar Management staff and ownership allowed us the flexibility to execute this build. Thank you from my family for your immense patience and flexibility.
