Had a very positive experience. Salon is cozy, clean and relaxing. It was a little vacation getting away from the kids and having adult talk in a nice environment. Olivia was professional, thorough, skilled, and also lovely. First time in a while that I feel a stylist is attentive and invested in their craft. Will be a returning customer and fully recommend. Hair feels and looks amazing.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Bex salon truly has CHANGED my life , genuinely. I am more than grateful for everyone here. I originally came in with bright red box dyed hair with a messed up hair cut and left with my natural blonde hair color and beautiful cut , Candy and Micheal both took there time with me, they both truly listened to me and also talked with me and gave me informative advice. While I was living in Schenectady, I went to Candy at Bex Salon for a haircut six times. Not only did I love the results every time, but I really enjoyed chatting with Candy. It’s clear that she cares deeply about her clients. I’m really going to miss going to Bex Salon!
If I could rate BEX salon higher than 5 stars they would get a million. I have never felt more comfortable at a salon in my life. Anytime I come in I am greeted by name (which really makes me feel valued as a customer) by the affable owner herself,she is a ball of sunshine and bright smiles from the rest of the staff.
