If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Bex salon truly has CHANGED my life , genuinely. I am more than grateful for everyone here. I originally came in with bright red box dyed hair with a messed up hair cut and left with my natural blonde hair color and beautiful cut , Candy and Micheal both took there time with me, they both truly listened to me and also talked with me and gave me informative advice. While I was living in Schenectady, I went to Candy at Bex Salon for a haircut six times. Not only did I love the results every time, but I really enjoyed chatting with Candy. It’s clear that she cares deeply about her clients. I’m really going to miss going to Bex Salon!
If I could rate BEX salon higher than 5 stars they would get a million. I have never felt more comfortable at a salon in my life. Anytime I come in I am greeted by name (which really makes me feel valued as a customer) by the affable owner herself,she is a ball of sunshine and bright smiles from the rest of the staff. I had an amazing consultation with the lovely Michael Douglas. He was attentive to my wants & needs while also being transparent about realistic hair goals. They get no stars really...that one can be for the decor and the hot tea i was given...but i made a appt here for a color and was quoted 88d to 100 for it on phone and went to appt...was greeted by someone named Michael thst said he was my colorist and led me to a chair and offered me tea. I dont go to salons frequently and usually tangles in Saratoga for many years but decided to try this place out and save the travel and try a change...I waa explaining how I suffered a severe trauma a few y ago and my hair had stopped grow... read more
