I was put on hold three times in a row, each time for more than 20 minutes, and not even a simple apology was offered. Even after I explained that I had already been waiting for 20 minutes several times, I was still placed on hold again. This level of irresponsibility and lack of respect for patients is unbelievable.

Incredible physician. So compassionate and knowledgeable. Saved me from complex back permanent issue. The entire staff is incredible. Highly recommend.

The clinic has removed my access to schedule appointments without any notice. I have not seen a doctor in about a year, and this is an awful way to treat patients.
