Be Well is a collaborative wellness and play center intended for all ages and capabilities. We aim to offer people essential tools for living well. Classes include Tai Chi, Dance, Yoga, Meditation, Sound Therapy, Self-massage, Qi Kung, Animal Flow, aerial arts, and Movement Therapies. Private sessions include massage, breathwork, Physical Therapy, Medical QiGong, Yoga Therapy, Health and Nutrition Coaching. There is also a salt room for respiratory, skin, and “aaaah” support.

I've had several sessions of Thai body work with Christopher and it has been transformational! I'm an older gentleman and I've been active most of my life, but after a few great seasons of mountain biking I developed a debilitating case of hip and lower pack pain. Be well is a beautiful sacred space to get in touch with yourself. Sometimes, just by reading Kate's February Newsletter, or a massage from Beulah to take away the neck and shoulder stress accumulated. I hope to spend more time here.

Many nice things to say about this place from an aesthetic point of view, but I would avoid it as being a lair of dark empaths. I'd instead recommend avoiding this place if you are a transgender woman or other transgender person who takes your own emotional health and safety seriously or that of other trans people. Update: Kate and I have begun discussing this situation and how to improve communication mutually in the future, and further the practices of inclusivity and affirmative consent in order to more fully realize the value of BeWell being safe and fun for all people, including trans people.
