While started well, ended up as a disappointment. The ‘clinic’ works 2 days a week, that’s for starters. Then you add an update of ‘cancelation fee’ even though we never missed an appointment and the only call we missed is an appointment confirmation call which only showed as one second ring. Calling back you’ll get either no response or no answer. It should be okay, buy it seems like a one way street - you owe - they don’t care if they provided a service.
