I had an awful Brazilian here last week. The beauty therapist began my wax using strip wax, when I asked her to change to hot/hard wax she was blatantly annoyed at me, argued what was best for MY skin/hair and made the entire experience awkward and incredibly uncomfortable for the duration of the treatment. I have been to bewaxed a number of times in the last few years. Usually extremely happy with service and results. Last visit I feel the hair is pickling after only one week. Feel hair was broken off rather then pulled out during waxing. Not happy Jan
