My husband and went into the store in May to order two lanterns. We were very clear about wanting the dark color and the girl who took the order clearly understood our desire to have the dark color. We just received our lanterns and I emailed her to let her know that we received the lite color. She said it wasn't specified - which is completely untrue. Walked in just off the street while exploring NOLA QUARTER . Very friendly and even let us take photos of work area.
Horrible customer service!! I went into the store yesterday and was turned down, claiming the lantern I had wasn't theirs. Maybe the young associate should learn her history,it IS theirs. She assured me Bevolo wold NEVER work on anything that wasn't "theirs"! Don't worry though,the competition was glad to help me!!
We had our wedding reception here....the mood set by the lanterns really made our day special. Amazing venue
