Abusive verbal behavior to woman and body shaming done by MANNY AT ENCINO LOCATION. The place has lots of drinks for site but the staff is nothing to write home about. One of turn came from outside, totally ignored me and walked away. So I walked over to the second and only other salesperson on the floor and I had to wait for him to hang up for at least 3 minutes and it was clearly a personal call. And on top of it they either didn't have the Reisling wine I was asking about or the salesperson had no idea what it is, but I didn't waste my time anymore and just left. I feel sorry for the owners.
