Poor customer service!
My partner and I were in line waiting to get rung up. There was only one worker at the register, which was totally understandable—he was doing his best and being very kind and professional. But then, the manager/lead came up and, in front of everyone, told him to “look at his line” in a rude tone. That was unnecessary and honestly very disrespectful.
