Terrible. I contacted Bevins because they did work for me a couple of years ago and I was pleased with their work. It is not the same company today. There is zero company initiatef communication. When I called I was given bad information. When I signed the contract I was told they were 6 to 8 weeks out and that they would call me when the time got close. I received no call. We had over a week's worth of rain and it did delay our schedule. I believed that since it was cloudy and raining, she knew that we would not be tearing off the roof for replacement. I will work on communication and I have apologized to the customer. We do appreciate the feedback so I can improve our business. We have completed her roof.
I used Bevins Roofing to fix my old roof several times before I could afford a new roof. The owner, Gary, is very easy to work with and very honest. He helped extend the life of my roof about 3 years past when I should have replaced it. When it came time for the roof to be replaced, I got many quotes to make sure Bevins was a good price.
