I had a family member that is a disabled veteran use Bevill & Bevill as his Fidicury. They collected his VA check for over 8 years. They paid his bills and after all bills were paid, my family member still had 2,000 each month in the clear. My family member suspected foul play when Bevill & Bevill would not provide him with any bank statements and financial report. EVER in 8 yeats plus!!! They turned over $17,000 to the new Fidicury when $80,000 or more money is unaccounted for. Each time we call to ask for my family members... read more
He's a "take the money and run" type of guy. Couldn't even provide a simple breakdown of the use of money that I paid him. Then, he sends me a letter stating he can no longer represent me. My recommendation is, don't use him.
