Recently became unreachable. No contact with patients that are in home patients. Been trying to call for a month now and have also contacted them through email and still unresponsive.
What happened to Bevid? Did they dissappear? I really liked my nurse practitioner Lauren. She is very friendly and has an excellent bedside manner. Due to my mobility issues it was great to have someone come to my home. But, after unsuccessfully trying to reach someone for several days to get a refill I was admitted into the hospital for 5 days.
Can't get my nurse on the phone. No one ever answers. Getting low on medication
Being new to the area (Spartanburg) I was skeptical about coming to a new primary care doctor(facility). I had a lot of doubts/comparisons to my Dr./care back home. Overall I was pleased with the outcome being this was my first visit to Bevid Medical. Everyone was nice and helpful. Very thorough and supportive. They actually took the time to answer the questions I had and not make it seem like I was a bother asking questions about my health and my body. Very pleasant experience, I’ve found my new primary care doctor!
