This landlord that manages 233 nicolet st. Banning apts. Is intrusive and discriminated against me with my section 8 cause of my misdemeanor charge from three years ago. He asked me personal questions regarding my case which he shouldn't of have done, strung me along then denied me. It's okay though cause if you look at his rental in banning, it's substandard.

No matter what they show you in a picture it's who else lives here that is discusting.they are fifty people full of roaches they never come out they just dirty and management of course saves money does everything as cheep as possible. They won't fix and care.you get what you pay for since this place allows such dirty living others to do what ever or the place would be fine. It's just the nasty roach tenets that management won't care about.

Marquis, the manager, is awesome! He has been so helpful through our application process and we are so excited to move in to our new apartment in a couple of weeks! The place used to be horribly run down.. but they're renovating and upgrading! We couldnt be happier with the layout and design. It looks 10x better than before! Cant wait!!! Thanks Marquis! UPDATE** DONT RENT HERE SLUMLORDS ROACH INFESTED, WONT UPDATE ...MOLD, HOMELESS PPL ROAM PROPERTY THEY DONT AND WONT FIX ANY ISSUES.
