I ordered flowers online for delivery, and the experience was seamless! The arrangement was beautiful, fresh, and arrived right on time. Great service and easy ordering process—I’ll definitely be ordering again when the need arises!
Unfortunately I can't speak for the service, but I can speak about the customer service. I had an appointment over the phone and they forgot. It's okay, it happens. Then I rescheduled for another phone visit and I was never contacted and when I tired to call, I never got through to anyone. I'm sure they are great, but I unfortunately didnt get to experience that. Make sure to make an in person appointment to contact them.
I needed a big floral arrangement, put together as soon as possible. The owner had it put together within two and a half hours. I don't have enough great things to say about this place.
Before I get started on our story, I want to say that working with Bevess Floral was amazing and their flowers were incredible! I got married on Sept. 28 and met with Bertha in April. My husband and I wanted “tropical” flowers for our wedding since we love visiting Costa Rica but we knew it was going to be super expensive.
