Respectable place with it's heart in the right spot – This place uses as much fresh, locally grown food as possible, as a result it really has some great food. The biggest issues don't come from it's older, home-grown staff but from the newbies and from the long long waits for food. Here in Chappell Hill/Brenham time is not of the essence but sometimes the wait can grow long and your lunch turns into an hour and a half ordeal.
