Did you also notice on the 2 bad reviews - they are dated the same day and written by an illiterate. Makes you wonder why someone would want to try and discredit a very credible establishment.

Its amazing that a jealous competitor would take such drastic measures as to leave a bad review. Beverly's Jewelers is one of the most honest respectable jewelers around! I have nothing but great things to say about their staff, jewelry and excellent prices. Keep up the good work!

Went into the No Federal Hwy store to sell some gold and they could not have been more disinterested in our items or any type of customer service. Stupidly, we paid to have them repair our Tag watch batteries. Gave us a run around that our gold wasn't worth anything and even if they decided to buy it, we would have had to spend 45 minutes filling out forms to do so. I traded in my engagement ring and many other jewelry pieces and after all was calculated they owed me a balance of $500.00. I told them I would get the $500.00 when I picked up the ring. Now they act like they don’t know what I am talking about and refuse to give me the $500.00. THEFTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are now taking the jewelry to a certified GIA appraiser to make sure that it is real or if it is what they say it is. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY ARE THEFTS, NO INTEGRITY!!!!!
