My fiance took my ring in to be resized. Once resized it should have fit like the place holder ring fits, because they should have been the same size. We paid to have it resized and it still fits the same way it did before. Good to know after a year of having a ring I couldn't wear with risk of it falling right off my hand that I /still/ cannot wear my ring without risk of it falling off my hand.. Me and my girlfriend have been shopping engagement rings and didn’t know her size, so we went to Beverly’s. From the moment we walked in the door I made sure she knew we were only here to size her finger and we were treated with as much respect and kindness as somebody they are about to make a good sale from. Bought an engagement ring from here. After a week of use it had gems falling off of it. Brought it back for repair. When I got it back shortly after the same thing happened again. the second time I brought it back for repair, they repaired it properly and it held up much better. but sadly the gems fell out again, not as many as previously because the repair was much better this time. Upon visiting the store, they were very professional and friendly. I had one ring being ordered and sized and the other just being sized. Was given an estimate of about a week or so for the ring to come and get them both sized. Weather hit, understandable, one ring was delayed at getting sized.
