Nov. 9, 2023 - I have had two prior visits to Dr. Zak for full body scanning. I called for an appointment three days ago and never got a call back so I called again. I was told by a bored person that her earliest appointment would be mid May 2024! I told her that this was unacceptable and I would be leaving the practice and would encourage my PCP not to refer to Dr. Zak in the future.
Worst medical staff I have ever dealt with. Tammy, the scheduler, told me "we don't make up appointments out of thin air" when I asked her if a doctor's referral could expedite when I could see Dr. Zak. I was scheduled for a work in appointment when I should have been scheduled for an initial eval appointment. Dr. Zak was pleasant but the nurse who worked with her was pushing to get her out of the room the entire appointment. Kind, professional, makes you feel comfortable, and following COVID procedures which makes me feel safe!
Best doctor ever. I was a nervous wreck getting a mole removed - couldn’t have asked for a more patient and kind doctor. Highly recommend!
