Beverly worked really hard with us to get our dream home even during the pandemic. From start to finish she was very professional, responsive, and overall a great person. She knows Florida like the back of her hand. She was very knowledgeable about areas, wildlife, plants, proximity to beaches etc. I would recommend her to any serious buyers in the Sarasota area.

Beverly found the perfect house when we moved to Florida, then helped us sell it for a great price and in a short amount of time when we chose to move to a larger home 5 years later. Your personal attentivness to my needs and desires made my choice of a property very easy. You showed me several properties in several neighborhoods but the choice was made easy because you took the time to investigate what my wants and needs were. I couldn't ask for a better result.
