Lived here for about two years now. Cons -Rarely a manager to see or contact. ‐Homless going through the garage. Living in their cars on the sidewalk. Leaving their trash all over, (along with needles). -Yard maintenance does not care about any yard decorations. They will break them and toss them to the side. -No smoking property but neighbors will smoke on their front porch. -We had a fence to separate our back patio from the neighbor who kept throwing his dog ball at our porch, they tore that down without any warning. -Don... read more

Doesn't keep the place clean and degenerate free. Assesses fees when none should be applied. They charged me a late fee for rent despite paying them on time before any notice was given. Ripped out our fence so now all the neighbors stare into your apartment if you want your blinds open. Yard maintenance continues to tear up and destroy our outdoor yard items. Cannot get ahold of a person in office for awhile now, yet still has people to post notices. Lights have been out for awhile now, still have not fixed them. People allo... read more
