Disgusting! Loud office makes it virtually impossible to decipher the words being spoken by a heavily Spanish accent. The minion "I" had the displeasure of speaking with is lethargic, non helpful+ rude. 😑 After THAT, I'm not interested in trusting I'll be treated in a professional, courteous manner. A mammogram isn't something a woman looks forward to. So to be mistreated by front office is disheartening&lack lustre~

Very easy and excellent Covid protocols.
I took my mother to the Beverly Tower today; the staff was friendly overall. However, my mom is in a wheelchair and the technician that completed the mammogram was slightly impatient in regards to positioning my mom who was able to stand but needed slight support.

Best costumer service! The front ladies were amazing everything was on time also the ladies who perform the mammogram exam and ultrasound were so gentle and very nice. Overall I recommend this place for sure!
