Amazing service from the front desk and staff! They were able to squeeze me in and have my 4 tires balanced on the spot as I was trying to get them done before a trip. Car now drives perfectly fine. Definitely recommend and will be going back to them going forward for my vehicule maintenance.
Derek was amazing. I was on a tight schedule and woke up to flat tire (not a great way to start your day). He took my SUV right away, although the tire couldn’t be fixed. He went through all my options and expedited the tires I needed and got me back on the road before lunch. The rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I highly recommend Beverly tire. Awesome customer service.
Recently brought my car in for an oil change and they were super quick and very transparent about what needed to be replaced and even gave me some options to save money which was greatly appreciated. %100 recommend and they are my new service shop now!
Moving to a new city after 30 years and finding a mechanic you can trust in your new location can be nerve wracking...... Derek and his team took great care of me and my Mazda. Transparent and thorough were greatly appreciated, with my safety top of mind while being very personable. He really went the extra mile to get the parts needed to have my car repaired in a timely fashion. I can happily say I found a new shop, I can trust, in my new city. Thank you Derek, Tara, and the rest of your team.
I have been bringing my vehicles here for years for tires and other repairs and service. Derek and the team are very accommodating and happy to explain things and answer any questions I have - great customer service. I will definitely be back.
