Rude women at the front. My mud guard was making noise as a clip broke and she told me they can’t put a a screw on for me. That I need to go to the dealership and get a new guard…… I know that’s not the truth so after that horrible encounter I drove 3minutes down the road to Mr. Lube and asked the exact same question and they said of course no problem and fixed the issue in two minutes.
My husband and I work across from this location and in a few occasions we've had some tire issues. This location has been so good to us and taken us in immediately and resolved the problems quickly. Excellent customer service and always friendly. We both highly recommend this business...you won't be disappointed!
We've been going to Beverly Tire for many years and have always found them punctual, courteous, and efficient. Derek and staff are excellent in all of their work operations.
