Amazing company
The rental company was good while we lived in the apartment, handled fixes. Upon us moving out with all proper notice, we did a preemptive move out examination and were told everything was perfect and no more needed to be done to get a full refund (apart from a mandatory carpet fee). Well, ends up that they pulled over $200 from our deposit on top of the carpet fee for "cleaning" after telling us it was pristine. Never returned my calls/messages inquiring as to why they did this.
They have always been very helpful.
