horrible customer service, the call center makes appointments that are not avail, barely speak English and ask you all kinds of questions ....like wth im just trying to make an appt

Ladies don’t go to have your Mammogram here. This people are pushing *Enhance Imaging (EBCD)*. During my visit I checked off the CD -which I have never wanted-what for- They are aggravating me with $40.00 bill. I will report this billing harassment to the customer consumer affairs. They are very dishonest and wanted to take advantage and ripped off women who go there. Make sure you ask for the EBCD copy I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES —NOT TO GO to Rancho Cucamonga office

I don't know how this place are yet in business. 1st. I drove all the way to Hemet for an appointment sat there over 2 hours, and they called 2 others that had there appointment after me . I left then they called to make another appointment at the riverside office I set the appointment the day of the appointment I got a text stating they canceled due to issues with there equipment, Today I called to set one for the MoVal office, the call center asked if I smoked? Yes how many a day, then she ask how many do I smoke per year?... read more

Making the appointment was quick and efficient. Receptionist was very pleasant and easy to work with. The CT technician was stellar - kind and caring. Overall an excellent experience.

Grove diagnostic a.k.a. Beverly diagnostic and whatever other a.k.a. they have, for whatever reason? they change their name all the time, that should give you a clue as to what kind of business they run! Terrible place to try to have an exam! First of all, I never talked to anyone about scheduling my MRI.
